Just like grandpa Tranquillo in the past, today Dario Loison still produces his Panettone, Pandoro, Colomba and Foccacia as a tribute to his origins, and with the same passion passed on to him by his father, with respect for tradition, which thanks to him is still alive.
The company covers more than 4000 square meters of land and the workshop operates with about 20 directly employed production workers, expert pastry chefs, along with another 30 seasonal reinforcement workers during periods of increased activity.
Guided tours of the company, tastings and a retail sale shop are available on site.
